This video presents the result of the R&D. It was just interesting to figure out how this could work on a triangular grid. 
This is Fluid Solver where the solving of divergence and projection is based on a polygon. 
Collisions are available. So far it's a rough sketch on VEX.
Velocities are stored on vertexes and share to neighbouring polygons using half-edges.
